Tipping competition

Here's your chance to show your skill (or try your luck anyway!) in our tipping competition.

Competitions will be run on one Tasmanian harness racing meeting per week for the great prize of a $50 betting voucher.

Competition conditions

Entries must be received by email before the advertised starting time for the first race.

Points will be allocated on the basis of 4 for a winner, 2 for a second and 1 for a third placing. In the event of a tie there will be a countback (winners being worth more than placings, second placings more than thirds).

Only one entry per person will be accepted and you must be 18 years or over to enter. If you have reason to change your mind (in the event of a subsequent scratching, for example) just send a new entry and the earlier one will be discarded.

In the event of a tie, after a countback, one winner will be selected from those entries by ballot to receive the $50 TOTE Tasmania voucher.

At the Devonport meeting on Sunday, 7 March, the winner was Rhyce Young of Sidmouth with 20 points.
