New, available now - noticeboard to advertise horses for sale and wanted, etc

I have been asked a couple of times about making a noticeboard available for industry participants here in Tasmania and I have now set this up at www.tasmaniaharnessracing.com/messageboard/mboard.php

I hope you will try it out for things like -

or anything else you would like to place a notice about.
